As a network of European law firms, this cooperation enables the members of Carpe Jus to support their clients Europe-wide even if the law firm has no establishment in the concerning European country. For that matter it is regardless, if the client is a medium-sized company or a private individual. It is ensured that the clients will be served locally and additional with the competence of the law firm operating in the concerned European country.

CARPE JUS expands the scope of its members on an ad hoc and uncomplicated basis. Short legal issues can often be discussed quickly and easily directly with colleagues on site. You yourself decide, in consultation with the respective partner law firm, whether more in-depth support is necessary and sensible in the processing of your mandate. There is no predetermined, tight corset for the cooperation, but you yourself agree the framework and modalities of the cooperation on an individual basis.
CARPE JUS offers its members a platform for flexible and cost-transparent exchange with personally known colleagues in European jurisdictions.
CARPE JUS does not receive any commission or revenue sharing. The client relationship is not established with CARPE JUS, but remains with the member law firm. You remain the exclusive contact for your clients.
